Project: Internet of Things Edition of Intel XDK

The IoT XDK needed to be converted from an MVP to a sustainable application.  Immediately, I made significant impacts to the project management and codebase structures. I lead the re-architecture from a single JS file to be more modular and testable. I created the initial unit test framework and automated builds to create a CI pipeline.  I also assisted as a Project Manager, helping drive the tasks for each spring and providing documentation for the codebase.

Project: Intel XDK

As a TCE, I was the liaison with developers and biggest advocate internally.  I would assist them in finding and fixing bugs with their code and the XDK application itself.  When new features were added, I would create demo’s so developers were able to efficiently integrate the new features right away.  I presented and attended at numerous conferences, hackathons and meetups to show the value of the Intel XDK and work with our real customers.  I helped identify the top complain, uploading iOS apps from Windows, and implemented a solution that was integrated into the XDK.
