I define and drive design strategy across a diverse product portfolio, setting direction and aligning cross-org leadership to deliver against it. This work focuses on unifying loyalty, partnerships, and payments into a cohesive system that clarifies how riders earn rewards, access benefits, and understand pricing and payments. The goal is to move Lyft beyond fragmented incentives toward a trusted and scalable value experience. I sit on Lyft’s Design Council, helping shape design quality and culture across the company, and define how AI improves design efficiency at scale across research, prototyping, and creative outputs. ### Senior Design Manager | Rider Segments @ Lyft Jan 2024 – Jan 2025 | San Francisco Bay Area Led design for Rider Segments, a 0→1 initiative focused on unlocking new audiences and new forms of value across Lyft. I built and led a team exploring segmentation-driven experiences, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Business leadership to define opportunities and bring them to market. This work introduced new value models and targeted experiences, including Lyft Silver, Lyft Teens, and Price Lock, expanding the platform to serve distinct rider needs. The goal was to move beyond a one-size-fits-all rideshare experience toward differentiated offerings that drive acquisition, retention, and engagement. ### Product Design Manager — Reality Labs | Voice AI Assistant @ Meta Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 | Menlo Park, California Built and led a cross-disciplinary team shaping Meta’s voice Assistant across multimodal and hardware devices, including Quest, Ray-Ban Stories, and Portal. I focused on defining how an intelligent system behaves consistently across voice, visual, and ambient contexts. The team developed scalable interaction patterns and design systems to support Assistant experiences across devices with different capabilities, including incubation work exploring voice-enabled social experiences and new conversational interaction models. Designed multimodal interaction patterns combining motion, sound, and visual feedback to support conversational experiences across devices. Collaborated with sound design and brand teams to develop distinctive voice and audio cues that signal listening, thinking, and responding. This work established foundational patterns for how the Assistant builds trust and clarity with users. Partnered closely with Product and Engineering to define and ship new capabilities from concept through launch. ### Product Design Manager @ Weight Watchers Jan 2016 – Jan 2018 | San Francisco, CA Led product design for the Activity and Fitness program and the social product Connect, focusing on how digital experiences can motivate behavior change and support long-term health outcomes. I built and led a distributed team across New York and San Francisco, establishing a strong design culture and recruiting designers to expand the team’s capabilities. This work centered on translating behavioral data into simple, motivating experiences, including launching an interactive Activity dashboard to help members understand progress and stay engaged.
