• Led technical efforts for Spend Management Product, including updating our invoices pipeline version that had 20% reduction in invoice processing time, 3x client growth YOY and $4M ARR
• Spearheaded the development of two Fintech products from 0 to 1, securing Series B funding ($30M) and onboarding over 50 clients with an ARR of $2M.

• Architected and implemented scalable APIs, backend services in Python Flask, and data models in Postgres and MongoDB for seamless integration across frontend and backend systems.
• Owned technical architecture of 6 microservices, 14 frontend components, and 2 ETL pipelines, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Led efforts to debug and resolve critical client issues utilizing an error notification system to proactively find bugs, escalate when necessary, provide solutions, and collaborate with QA for testing.
• Led teams of 4-10 members of QA and Engineers in developing and maintaining Banking and Spend Management products from 0 to 1.
• Designed and implemented full-stack solutions with Vue.js on the frontend and Flask on the backend, ensuring seamless API integration with GCP, AWS, and external APIs such as Plaid.
• Established team goals and assign duties to engineering and qa teams in order to ensure deadlines were met, team members gained experience, and best engineering practices were followed
• Collaborated with QA teams for proper testing and with design teams to create wireframes for seamless UI/UX.
• Led efforts in customer discovery to identify pain points and develop solutions that allowed clients to better manage their financial data, contributing to customer satisfaction and product adoption.
• Stayed hands-on by coding features, fixing bugs, and performing code reviews for both front end and back end.
