Currently, I work on the Facebook Integrity team, focused on user content controls and algorithmic transparency for the News Feed.

Previously, I worked on the US 2020 Elections team leading design for the In-Person Voting experience, shipping a Voting Location Search feature that was used by 2.9 million people to find Early Voting, Ballot Drop-Off, and Election Day voting locations in-product.

Before that I worked on Small Business Advertising Growth where I drove design for our Ad Credits products, Small Business Covid Grants Program, and Social Issue, Elections and Political Ad approvals.

Redesigned the conversational intelligence tools that leverage NLP and ML to power Apple’s Business Chat support service. Increased the efficiency of dialog management localization by eliminating 91% of the previously required time, thus enabling Business Chat geo-expansion.

Redesigned Workflow feature on web product that allows users to enhance Quickbooks through advanced inventory management. Designed and programmed UI changes to the site using HTML/CSS and Visual Studio.

Designed features for web platform that allows colleges to efficiently track campus entrepreneurship data and provides students with online resources for their startups. Created mockups for the student-side interface, such as custom startup forms which increased profile completion from 50% to 80%.
