I’m a Product Designer with 10+ years of experience creating thoughtful, scalable, and human-centered products—currently leading AI-first design initiatives at DoorDash. My focus is on designing systems that empower humans, AI agents and automation, from contact centers to prompt libraries to internal tools. At DoorDash, I’ve led the design of our internal contact center where chatbots and human agents collaborate in real-time. I’m also building frameworks and playbooks to help teams across the company use AI responsibly and effectively in their design practice.
