I am one of only a few SW TPMs in the Meta WEARABLES team, and times are exciting with many SKU's on the horizon.
• Typical day is aligning xfunctional teams, DRIs, SW Devs and HW/EE engineers on HW arrival schedules, SW bring up releases to support said builds at all milestones (P1, P2, DVT) and navigate the issues and keep all stakeholders apprised of the status at all times.
• The Manufacturing side of my job requires me to stay in constant communication with my vendor teams in Asia, and make sure I keep then on schedule as well as aligned with the "plan" which changes quite often.
• This position demands great awareness, great communication, and always having a plan B to keep the wheels in motion.

• My customer had very challenging HW, and at first yields were low, but with constant reviews, QA monitoring, and employing subtle changes in both mfg and handling, we were ale to improve our yield into industry standard levels.
