• Transformed ChargePoint to a user-focused company that built experiences addressing emerging user needs in the EV charging ecosystem.

• Scaled a global user experience team to 14 including designers, researchers, content strategists and industrial designers.

• Transformed the iOS and Android apps from a 1-star rating to a high of 4.7 leading to over 2 million downloads, leading the EV charging Navigation app category.

• Redesigned the cloud platform to provide enterprise customers with insights and improvements in the management of charging stations, energy and drivers.

• Led the redesign of the public charging station UI, making it consistent with mobile design language; defined LED status ring color behavior and audio earcons for charging hardware events.

• Designed the end-to-end software and product configuration for the category-leading ChargePoint Home charger including initial activation, station management, and integrations with Nest and Alexa.

• Created designs to foster community between drivers and between drivers and organizations.
