•Own a core product area end-to-end, including roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, delivery, and post-launch iteration.
•Partner closely with leadership to define product direction and align execution with broader company goals.
•Independently prioritize new features, technical debt, and maintenance work based on impact, risk, and business need.
•Conduct user interviews and targeted market research to validate problem spaces and inform solution design.
•Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements and specifications for engineering teams.
•Own release readiness by authoring release notes and customer-facing documentation to support adoption and support teams.
•Lead feature acceptance testing and quality assurance prior to release, ensuring requirements, edge cases, and user experience standards are met.
