The new inbox experience and interaction model allows pros to spend less time corresponding between clients and more time completing jobs. • Supported consumer growth projects to improve the intake process and help users easily request a quote. ### Product Designer @ Lyric Jan 2018 – Jan 2019 | San Francisco Bay Area Lyric designs and manages premium short-term rental properties that combine the spaciousness of an apartment with the amenities of a 4-star hotel. Built for the modern day business traveler seeking productivity and local inspiration. • Designed the company's 1st end-to-end travel booking website. Built customer journeys for search, booking, checkout, and account creation. • Collaborated with the brand team to launch new Lyric identity. • Designed our 1st gen mobile companion app. ### Product Designer @ Doppler Labs Jan 2017 – Jan 2017 | San Francisco Bay Area Doppler Labs released one of the first truly wireless smart earbuds with noise cancellation, Here One. After building a product for audiophiles, the company created an accessible and inclusive hearing health companion app for hard of hearing users. • Designed the 2nd gen Here One iOS app with new hearing health features including speech directionality, hearing assessment tools, personalization, and hearing care support. • Redesigned information architecture to promote discovery of core features. • Conducted user testing with beta groups to validate new features. • Created style guide to accelerate workflow and standardize app branding. ### Brand Designer @ Doppler Labs Jan 2016 – Jan 2017 | San Francisco Bay Area • Designed new Here One retail website, transforming our pre-order store into a full ecommerce experience. • Built brand online and in-store by designing digital display ads, marketing collateral, sales training resources, and point-of-purchase physical displays (Amazon, AT&T, b8ta, Best Buy, Brookstone, Microsoft, and MoMA). • Produced email campaigns, social content, and customer support resources to grow brand equity.
