• Responsible for high touchpoint renter experiences including search, vehicle listing pages, checkout flow, and renter dashboard.

• Lead quarterly research kick offs (design sprints, user interviews, internal stakeholder interviews, analysis of customer support call drivers) focused on primary KPI's to drive project priorities.

• Collaborated on visual rebrand leading to a new primary and secondary color palette, custom iconography, and product illustrations.

• Perform user testing (A/B, five-second impressions, preference) to drive design insights.
