As a Staff Engineer, I lead core mobile architecture and infrastructure efforts. In addition to my platform work, I serve as the lead engineer for the mobile team across pods, driving alignment on best practices, setting engineering standards, and mentoring engineers to ensure technical consistency and quality across our app. I focus on building scalable systems and processes that enable fast, reliable mobile development across the organization.

As lead engineer, was responsible for managing the development team, leading implementation discussions, and working with the product development team to discuss technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Developed React Native application from the ground up, deploying to both Android and iOS app stores. Worked to overhaul Elasticsearch implementation, reducing reindexing times by 400%.
