As a core member of a 5-person engineering team, rebuilt the RecruitiFi platform's frontend and backend using modern React and Rails practices, resulting in a faster and more responsive site for end-users.

Collaborated closely with product managers and stakeholders to integrate Tipalti into the payment lifecycle of the platform, streamlining payouts and providing increased transparency for users.

Introduced integration testing on the app using Cypress by implementing Docker and building containers of the frontend and backend with Docker Compose, ensuring workflow integrity with deployments and improving the platform's quality and reliability.

Developed and implemented administrative features for internal stakeholders on the TALK Talent platform, increasing team productivity and allowing for efficient data adjustments.
