I led our digital communications team to grow awareness and inspire giving in support of Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford. My work combined strategy, creativity, and collaboration across departments to strengthen our online presence and connect with new and existing donors.
• Led analytics and reporting, presenting data, trends, and testing insights to leadership to inform strategy
• Served as creative lead on video projects, collaborating with hospital staff, patient families, and external production teams
• Oversaw website operations: publish new content, update key pages, and create new pages based on organizational priorities - www.lpfch.org
• Acted as primary liaison with our website agency, developing new features to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions
• Pitched, wrote, and produced new social media formats aimed at engaging future donors and expanding our audience
• Oversaw a two team members who are in charge of a monthly newsletter, and organic and paid social media strategy
