In my role as a Senior UI Designer at Enstoa, I led the UX and UI design efforts for Starfish Spaces, a Property Management Tool. Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, I established use cases, developed flows, and conducted extensive design exploration to ensure user expectations were met. Cultivating a strong relationship with engineering, I advocated for UX best practices and maintained product integrity.

In my role as a Senior UX/UI Designer at Chartboost in the San Francisco Bay Area, I was responsible for driving UX iterations on the Video Ads product, resulting in improved click to site quality and increased app install rates. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to establish user flows, wireframes, and product designs for new business initiatives, enhancing overall user experience and engagement.

Developed high-fidelity prototypes to influence product direction and strategic business decisions. Responsible for providing technical and creative expertise across a variety of platforms and tools.

• Developed Hotwire's prototyping framework, allowing for rapid-prototyping. Saving hours of engineering resources otherwise wasted on untested functionality implementations.

• Responsible for building key components necessary for the conversion and launch of the Hotwire web product to the current Angular platform.

• Developed and launched Hotwire’s UX Style Guide used company-wide and by Hotwire vendors. Centralizing brand guidelines, product specific resources and research allowing for product parity across all businesses.
