I lead a team of talented designers across the workstreams of carrier experience, marketplace dynamics, procurement, and last mile. My team is responsible for the end-to-end design of the carrier mobile app (onboarding, booking, execution, payment, etc), procurement products (including TMS rating and routing applications), and last mile logistics.
Our work centers on initiatives such as improving the carrier wallet experience, shaping smarter procurement strategies, enabling a more balanced freight marketplace, and exploring industry-leading innovation through Powerloop and carrier-facing AI.

I was a senior product designer on our Carrier Experience team. Our carriers range from self-employed owner operators to the drivers and dispatchers of small, medium, and large fleets. The charters within the product team that I designed for included: onboarding, support, growth, tracking, and general platform design for our app and web portal. In addition to designing our external applications, I was also responsible for designing any changes to our internal tooling that accompanied any external feature.
Prior to joining the Carrier Experience team, I was designing for our internal operations team on the Load Logistics team (Uber Freight's internal tools design team).

I was a member of the internal creative team dedicated towards designing experiences for Thumbtack Professionals
My day-to-day responsibilities included designing for our digital channels, art directing illustrators and animators, and helping manage the relationships between pro marketing, product, and creative. I led the visual and UX redesign of our Professionals' Resource Center, several product launch and feature pages, and various other creative touch points (videos, emails, illustrations, etc).
