Our carriers range from self-employed owner operators to the drivers and dispatchers of small, medium, and large fleets. The charters within the product team that I designed for included: onboarding, support, growth, tracking, and general platform design for our app and web portal. In addition to designing our external applications, I was also responsible for designing any changes to our internal tooling that accompanied any external feature. Prior to joining the Carrier Experience team, I was designing for our internal operations team on the Load Logistics team (Uber Freight's internal tools design team). ### Designer @ Thumbtack Jan 2016 – Jan 2018 | San Francisco Bay Area I was a member of the internal creative team dedicated towards designing experiences for Thumbtack Professionals My day-to-day responsibilities included designing for our digital channels, art directing illustrators and animators, and helping manage the relationships between pro marketing, product, and creative. I led the visual and UX redesign of our Professionals' Resource Center, several product launch and feature pages, and various other creative touch points (videos, emails, illustrations, etc). ### Designer @ Hello Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 I joined the design team at Hello to support the marketing and product teams. On the marketing side, I created product education videos, static and animated assets for social media, and supported marketing initiatives and campaigns. On the product side, I created illustrations for the Sense app, iconography, and partnered with product and industrial designers on creating retail packaging and in-store displays. On many of these tasks I am the sole designer and am responsible for taking a project from conception to completion. ### Designer @ Twitter Jan 2012 – Jan 2015 | San Francisco Bay Area At Twitter I spent the first year on the product design team – embedded within sales marketing – supporting our B2B and SMB teams by designing printed and digital materials (infographics, illustrations, swag, event signage, presentations). For the following 2.5 years I was able to shift my efforts towards consumer marketing, and I joined the consumer marketing team.
