Led the design vision and execution from the ground up on the next generation CRM that gives full-funnel visibility, empowering not just Sales, but the entire go-to-market team. This included crafting complex interaction patterns, building intuitive information architecture, and designing visual systems for multi-threaded communications and a rich activity feed.

Led the design of Faire's retailer membership program, Insider, to increased memberships that aided in Faire’s profitability in Europe. Initiatives included a program redesign, launch to 8+ countries in Europe, special Insider day for Faire’s virtual market, and unifying multiple program versions into one to streamline launches.

Founding team member in creating a cutting-edge automation tool that allows non-technical data entrists to create automation scripts without coding or programming. Owned all design and collaborated closely with engineering to bring the product from zero to being used by customers.
