1. Managing lighting, a 1,000 SKU department starting from October 2024, including all product development for Fall and Kids 2025, an 87 SKU collection.
2. Lead the execution of all product development responsibilities for Outdoor Furniture and Umbrellas Spring & Summer 2025, an 85 SKU collection
3. Working with 30 vendors daily regarding costing, timelines, and all pre/post-production needs in a multi-season PD calendar for 265 new SKUs yearly
4. Managing the reporting, negotiating, and collecting of all furniture vendor post-production chargebacks since Q3 2023
5. Partnering with Quality to reduce returns, improve packaging, reviewing CAPS and gather testing results for 50 pre/post-production SKUs at a time
5. Managing all costing approvals and sourcing-related responsibilities for the replacement part program, which supports an assortment of 4000 SKUs
