### Sustainability Manager @ BEXTEX Ltd.

Developed and grew the Sustainable Textile program at BEXIMCO, encompassing one of South Asia’s largest vertically integrated garment companies, supplying to companies such as Zara, H&M, PVH. Our Focus was innovation in waste management and textile recycling. By using in-house textile waste from garment productions. We create factory environments where designing can align with a brands environmental and social goals, through certifications, projects and collaborations. 

Responsibilities include
- Grew a diverse team from the ground up 
- Created a production framework able to produce thousands of ready-to-wear upcycled garments per month, and produced the world's first mass-production upcycling collection at over 20,000 garments. 
- Created products with a 91% reduction of water and 82% reduction of CO2 while reducing material costs by up to 90%.
- Pitched and presented our projects to brand VP's and press, leading to an increase in factory reputation and visibility by brands.

- Created textile designs for Bextex's clients, including Zara and Calvin Klein.
