I'm a digital experience design lead with a background in interaction and UX design, solving problems through a user-centered and data-driven approach. I am a systems thinker and enjoy owning and driving delivery in 0→1 spaces. My influence extends beyond hands-on IC work, leading design initiatives by fostering vision, best practices and guiding cross-functional teams toward impact.

My experience spans over 15 years across agency and in-house, shipping end-to-end UX for the Tesla Model 3 launch and scaling Waymo’s autonomous ride hailing service from its foundational state to a multi-market public offering.

I'm currently on the Waymo UX Design team leading growth commercialization efforts, optimizing for conversion, growing our rider base and driving engagement across expansion efforts.  

Previously, I was at Tesla shaping early customer interactions for the Model 3 launch with top-of-funnel touch points including product pages, vehicle configurator and purchase flows.

I hold 8 published patents granted by the United States Patent and Trademark office.
