designed and developed a watch OS extension that speed up the most common user actions in less than two weeks • Engineered an efficient accountability system that would track changes to every user's package purchasing process by creating a pricing page that integrated with Calendly, Pipedrive, and ChargeBee, which allowed clients to try out support packages, select add ons, and checkout when the trial ended • Restructured in-house communications and increased in-house task delegation resulting in lower cognitive load and up to 35% improvement in ticket resolution speeds and customer satisfaction • Learned and documented the tech stack of over 10 customers to facilitate transitions to safer versions of said tech, diagnose issues quickly, and build custom solutions if other the job processing workflow and streamlined it from end to end (customer to employee) - Now their clients know the status of every single one of their orders - Lebron Group's Employees know exactly what to work on and when - and Managers have access to a high-level view of the work at all times That freed up the time they needed to expand and they more than doubled their size in less than a viable replacement for React Native.
