We started Green Chef in a cabin in Colorado one weekend, and I shifted focus roughly every six months to the highest impact areas:

• Built E-commerce experience that scaled from zero to first 50 orders shipped in under 1 month and to 10,000+ orders a week in 1 year

• Created tools that let a small team of chefs efficiently invent 15+ new dishes each week and coordinate food manufacturing and supply chain

• Extended our meal plan offerings and order customizability by coordinating strategic launches across systems

• Improved inventory accuracy from 80% to 98% by architecting transition to our first item master and scanner-based inventory

• Rapidly iterated on a dozen iOS mobile apps

• Developed effective growth channels in real-world communities
