(Capital One’s AI assistant)
● Led the development of a backend service enabling real-time message exchange between customers and agents,
using TypeScript, Fastify, and AWS ECS
● Built and deployed a message processing pipeline using AWS Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, and Amazon Connect
facilitating asynchronous data routing to downstream services
