Data-oriented Software Engineer in Azure AI/High Performance Computing's telemetry team leading the failure prediction efforts for Azure High Performance Computing clusters. Implemented systems to gather, process, ingest, and leverage telemetry (in particular, GPU data and InfiniBand Network data). Tasks and responsibilities vary from software engineering and data engineering (such as building data pipelines and deploying models) to data science (data exploration and model training). Common tools and technologies leveraged include Azure functions, Azure Data Explorer, Azure Databricks (with code/experiments in PySpark), and internal orchestration tooling.
