• Led project management of a stealth company-wide rebrand, including new logo and identity development, new brand system and guidelines, voice and tone guidelines, messaging and strategy; leading meetings and setting timelines for every function area across the company: product, creative, operations, and marketing, customer experience, among others.
• Owned partnership between creative and product teams to update branding of Stitch Fix’s key new product offering of 2021 across all surfaces - including proprietary app, landing pages, help center, packaging - and managing product team implementation.
• Project-managed creation of a design language for consumer facing marketing assets, using Figma to standardize and redesigning
30+ modules, transforming design across all Stitch Fix emails , including transactional, trigger, and marketing emails.
