• Led research/design for cross-platform Cloud Build integration (16+ platforms), increasing builds and reducing dev-to-build time via iterative prototyping and stakeholder alignment.

• Conducted heuristic evaluations and UX audits for Unity VCS's PLG growth strategy, reducing drop-offs and boosting activation via data-driven A/B testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Led end-to-end product design for Cloud Workspaces (virtual drive), increasing artist adoption through intuitive, drive-like collaboration and accessibility-compliant UI that scaling monthly active users.

• Facilitated Unity VCS integration as a cloud-based storage service into Asset Manager and Muse AI (Closed Beta), increasing real-time collaboration for 1.5 million monthly creators.

• Led design strategy for Unity VCS web/desktop workflows (Code Review, Mergebots), achieving increase in ARR and YoY growth through cross-functional alignment with PMs/engineers.

• Led design strategy for Unity DevOps’ free trial, streamlining onboarding via iterative prototyping and cross-functional alignment with PMs/engineers, increased conversion lift and active organizations.

• Collaborated with the Unity design system team to audit guidelines and component libraries for cloud-based products, leading to enhanced code and design quality.

• Implemented telemetry/KPI tracking tool for Unity DevOps, facilitating measurable impacts and management reporting, with the expected result of improved product experience, measurable design impact and concise management reporting.
