I worked on Data Retention and Legal Holds features as a part of the Enterprise Governance team

I helped to connect alumni in the software industry to Reed's Career center to provide more opportunities for students in the field. I also helped to but together a series of 7 seminars/classes for students that highlighted useful skills for Software Engineers, such as version control and clean coding conventions.

I aimed to be approachable and accessible to students who want help with homework, course work, and study tactics. I typically worked 1 hour sessions with 1-2 students each week.

My main role was to connect residents of campus housing to resources, as well as making sure they were comfortable and safe in the dorms. Collaborating with other house advisors and my supervisor regularly were key to the job. I oversaw a section of 20-30 students and was also responsible to plan, create, and carry out community building events (movie nights, games, other social events).
