A net new experience for the bank, this work included many rounds of discovery, user research, design ideation and delivery. Maintained collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners. Presented work to upper leadership and design all team meetings. Initiated the creation of standards and guidelines for design library implementation within our AOA (Account Opening & Activation) team. This process involved: collaboration with the component library design and dev teams, leading our internal AOA team through cross-product flow and component analysis, bringing alignment and streamlining opportunities to product teams to initiate intake into backlog, and managing execution of figma libraries and documentation of final decisions. Lead the discovery process to redesign the Consumer Banking Deposits application flow. UX Lead of the Auto application design team. Mentor and grow direct reports, helping them create goals and develop their skills. ### Senior Web Designer @ Old Navy Jan 2016 – Jan 2018 | San Francisco, California Create a variety of web based projects, including large sale campaigns that have both site and email assets, individual story telling emails, and secondary website pieces. Collaborate with marketing, for example on story telling template creation for emails, the handbook is now used cross functionally for pre-season story planning and in-season design work. Create seasonal concepts and visual direction for the big stories of the season. Using those concepts, then collaborate with styling and marketing teams to build wireframes and create all of the looks and stories for the season that will be used in email and site campaigns. Create and maintain a CC Library for evergreen typography treatments for the design team to use for emails, helping to standardize typography across assets. Work with people from other teams (like marketing and web production) in order to keep the design refinement process as efficient and seamless as possible, and to give feedback on processes for creative development and reviews. ### Web Designer @ Old Navy Jan 2014 – Jan 2016 Created all assets for single campaigns, including the Homepage, Department pages, emails, and small promo assets across the site. Presented campaigns in front of both cross-functional partners and leadership. Initiated meetings with the marketing team to strategize how to use A/B testing to improve the website and email designs in order to increase the click-through rates and total revenue. Fully redesigned the website in order to modernize and enhance usability of the site. Updated the sister site Bounce’s emails and online catalog, leading to the creation of marketing trifold mailers, which resulted in an increase in sales and email sign-ups. Including photo shoots, color tests, production, and the creation of print ready files. Illustrated playful infographics for the recipe book introduction chapter.
