pipelines in an effort to isolate dependencies on other in-house services.

Ported one of the pipeline team’s applications from Rancher into Invitae’s Kubernetes solution as part of
an effort to deprecate Rancher resulting in savings of 85K/month.

Worked with product managers and subject matter experts to designate turnaround time SLAs for all
bioinformatics pipelines used in production.

Instrumented observability dashboards in New Relic to monitor the health of our services and alerts when
SLAs were not being met.

Supported hundreds of production analysis tasks daily during on-call shifts and developed runbooks to
reduce the time to resolution for myriad failure modes for on-call engineers.
