I lead a team of talented technical sourcers and recruiters to help Dandy scale the EPDD org (engineering, product, design and data) by building recruiting infrastructure / process and bringing in one human at a time :)
Scaled and mentored a remote tech recruiting team (3 recruiting coordinators, 2 technical sourcers and 5 technical recruiters).
Led the team to build out a scalable engineering recruiting process that resulted in hiring up to 12 senior level engineers in one month.

POC for all recruiting related to Software Platform & Developer Infrastructure.
Helped build out Developer Infrastructure org from the ground up and grew the org from 10 to 35 engineers in 6 months. Being the only Recruiter for the org, helped sourcers calibrate profiles, set expectations with Eng managers and Org Director. Built out recruiting process from scratch across 5 different teams within the org.
Recruiting Onboarding POC for Software Platform.
Initiated and built out new centralized infrastructure recruiting process as we continue to scale the infrastructure function with VP of Infrastructure and infrastructure engineering pillar leads.
Actively interviewing and building out the infrastructure recruiting team at Robinhood.
Mentoring and developing current infrastructure recruiting team, both sourcers and recruiters on career development, expectation setting and goal setting in 1:1.
On top of that, also working on some exciting projects to improve the efficiency and career development opportunities within Robinhood recruiting org.
Worked with other Recruiting Managers to build out a Recognition/Spotlight Award from the ground up for overall recruiting function at Robinhood. Rolled out in Q3 2021 to Recruiting(Dreamteam) All Hands.
Working on building internal mobility career development vertically and horizontally for the recruiting function.
Initiated and led the group building internal candidate sharing guidance and process for all tech recruiting at Robinhood.

Software Platform's mission is to accelerate developer velocity and increase system stability by building the foundational software platforms and tools that power the rest of Robinhood engineering.
Developer Infrastructure's mission is to increase the efficiency, velocity, reliability, and scalability of Robinhood Engineering.
