I’m hard-wired to focus on customers and their problems, and I use data to guide the best solution to achieve desired outcomes while building outstanding Product and Design orgs. I am always excited when a problem has been solved and validated.

ASSISTments is a nonprofit K–12 math practice and formative assessment platform with ESSA Tier 1 evidence and proven impact on student learning.
Lead Product, Design, and Content P&L; built an AI-first strategy focused on instructional decision-making grounded in pedagogy and validated through classroom research.
Shipped AI powered Reports Insights (teacher-facing product feature; in A/B) and established an experimentation-led operating model. In parallel, accelerated internal workflows by embedding AI tools for teams (design review cycles cut from days→hours; teacher research from weeks→days) and reorganized engineering into pods for velocity and ownership clarity.
Elevated engagement depth at scale: WAT/MAT improved from ~32–33% (23–25) to 49% in 25–26, with an 81% December peak—evidence that monthly-active teachers now use ASSISTments multiple weeks per month.
Reached more classrooms with stronger activation: 1,770 cumulative teachers by Dec 2025 (86% of a 2,060 annual goal) and 97,225 students (+30% YoY; 94% of a 103,000 goal). Results were driven primarily by bottom-of-funnel product changes—delivering early initiative work and targeted optimizations crafted from data and teacher feedback—with Marketing support amplifying adoption.
Underpinned by rigorous evidence: ESSA Tier 1 and “positive effects without reservation,” enabling 2x learning acceleration for students with lower prior achievement, 75% more learning, and ~$9K annual savings per school (Columbia Teachers College).
