Addressed the needs of retail and merchandise creating the infrastructure of processes and roadmaps that are currently in practice and used cross-functionally throughout the company.
• Led a multidisciplinary team of designers, ranging from graphic designers, illustrators, copywriters, video editors, and producers with weekly check-ins and feedback engagement for project alignment, process and development.
• Formulated independently the foundations for an in-house role that was farmed out to an agency team of 5 within half a year, saving the company over US$150k.
Streamlined the cross-functional efforts for the production of art, print graphics, video, and brand experience for over 40 Lucid studios in the US, Middle East, and Europe.
• Established the process for a retail architectural photography program. Produced photo shoots, created briefs, designed guidelines, and managed libraries (DAM) across internal platforms and external consultants.
• Spearheaded the retail renovation and customer journey program with bi-weekly presentations to the CEO. Worked closely with creatives, industrial designers, engineers, and SVP to identify project focus and deliverables.
• Drove brand vision, awareness, and integration as the POC for retail design projects by building a cohesive style and guidelines that are currently in use across multiple platforms.
• Designed project briefs, and collaborated with external creative agencies, contractors, legal, creative, and product teams on required campaign approvals for copy, layouts, and proofs through FIGMA.
• Introduced the localization roadmap, guidelines, and team workflows to support the first expansion of the brand internationally which became a pillar of future marketing efforts and global product launches.
