Hi There—I'm Camille! I work at Ramp on their People & Talent Team. 
My background is in strategic people & talent operations: process optimization, scalable internal operations, and project and program management. 

From 2022-2024 I worked at Block (NYSE: SQ)—formerly known as Square—as a Talent Enablement Program Specialist on the Talent Programs Team. 

Prior to Block, I worked for 4+ years at Latch (NASDAQ: LTCH), where I joined as the 85th employee and helped Latch scale to 500+ employees through an IPO. There I worked as a Data Analyst, Program Associate, Recruiting Operations Associate, Technical Sourcer, and Recruiting Coordinator. 

I'm a New York University (NYU) cum laude grad, and worked numerous internships before beginning to work full-time. In tech, I interned at AngelList, Tumblr, and DoSomething.org. In hospitality and events, I interned at The Plaza Hotel and Hershey Entertainment & Resorts (NYSE: HSY) twice.

When I am not working, I volunteer with Hearts & Bones Rescue, an NYC-based dog rescue organization, and also run an occasional half or full marathon.
