Additionally, I collaborated with the User Experience Design team to improve the clarity of our billing screen in the Maven app. ### Project Lead @ General Motors Jan 2014 – Jan 2016 | Warren, Michigan, United States I led a team to design the change management strategy for the implementation of new IT systems for our $7B-Logistics operation, impacting over 1000 employees globally. My approach to this project encompassed: • Leading a 3-person team to establish project tasks, scope, risks, and timelines. The goal was to prepare the organization for structural and functional changes due to the implementation of new IT systems • Creating and executing a communication strategy to ensure program visibility and buy-in from 50+ stakeholders and 1000+ users globally • Overseeing development and execution of training modules for users for each system implementation • Planning and organizing roadshow events to market the new IT systems • Preparing reporting documents for the C-suite and facilitating decision-making for program management • Influencing and advising the overarching project team to prioritize change management activities to ensure successful adoption of IT systems ### Business Planner @ General Motors Jan 2014 – Jan 2016 | Warren, Michigan, United States I was promoted to support the Executive Director of Global Logistics.
