My work centers around creating seamless experiences that balance clarity, trust, and performance. Key contributions: ✔️ Designed and prototyped the initial “Pix Parcelado” experience for Koin’s mobile app (Koin App), defining the core flow, interactions, and usability foundations for the company’s flagship product. ✔️ Introduced Framer as Koin’s new website platform, replacing WordPress and leading the redesign from the ground up. This transition cut maintenance costs by 50% and more than doubled productivity across marketing and growth teams. ✔️ Led the Checkout Redirect experience, conducting an in-depth study presented through a strategic video roadmap outlining short, mid, and long-term opportunities. The analysis covered UX/UI best practices, benchmarking, revenue optimization, cart recovery, and future-proof design principles. ### Illustrator / Character Artist (Disney Lorcana TCG) @ Ravensburger Jan 2023 – Jan 2025 | Ravensburg, Baden-Württemberg, Alemanha I was invited to join a select group of international artists working on Disney Lorcana TCG, a trading card game published by Ravensburger under official Disney license.
