Executive Product and UX leader, driving and championing the vision and delivery of omni-channel experiences across the Walmart app, site and store. Directs a team of 85+ designers, writers and researchers, developing experiences used by millions of customers every day, driving digital adoption and increasing GMV.
Leads design for multiple business verticals including Walmart+, InHome, Holiday and Annual Events, Customer Data and Identity, and Services (Auto Care Center, Subscriptions, Registry, Lists).
• Directs creative and strategic growth design for Walmart+ Membership, which exceeded acquisition and retention targets by double-digits in 2024; developed design vision for benefits “nudges,” leveraging an AI engine to generate personalized prompts for next-best actions; driving 40% increase in click-through rate, 25% increase in conversion
• Responsible for the design execution for 2023 Black Friday experience, resulting in highest-ever single-day sales for Walmart; conceived of new Black Friday item page banner that drove an increase in traffic, conversion, and GMV
• Drove the development of Auto Care Center north star vision for end-to-end service experience to drive digital adoption 2X in 2024, improve NPS, and grow GMV; facilitated collaboration with cross-functional team to define and develop FY25 roadmap; MVP of key experiences launched in selected markets in September 2024
• Led design vision and MVP delivery for Walmart+ InHome Replenishment, a delivery service using AI-driven algorithm to pre-populate weekly grocery basket in the app; tested in selected markets in Summer 2024
