Liv Labs: Founder of a Y-Combinator backed start-up, developing a patented wellness product to improve pelvic floor fitness for women; raised 3.2MM in non-dilutive funding through NIH grants; launching Spring 2025. Responsible for creating portals that help people learn, support, and utilize ServiceNow solutions to their full potential. My team works together to make customers happy and successful through self-serve digital experiences powered by Agentic AI, designed to meet the needs of large and small companies worldwide. ### Founder, Inventor, Board Director @ Liv Labs (YC S21) Jan 2017 – Present Invented, patented and designed Pippa, a consumer health product to improve pelvic floor fitness for women. Founded a start-up to develop and launch the product, backed by Y Combinator and multiple health tech incubators. We’ve raised over $3.2M, including NIH and NSF grants, based on stellar effectiveness data. US and European patents have issued, Kickstarter campaign successfully completed in July 2025, product launching Fall 2025. ### Group Director, Omni Experiences–Services @ Walmart Jan 2023 – Jan 2025 | San Bruno, California Executive Product and UX leader, driving and championing the vision and delivery of omni-channel experiences across the Walmart app, site and store. Directs a team of 85+ designers, writers and researchers, developing experiences used by millions of customers every day, driving digital adoption and increasing GMV. Jan 2017 – Jan 2019 | San Francisco & Columbus, OH Cross-functional champion for human-centered design in the Chief Administrative Office for Chase Consumer Bank. Established human-centered design as a core methodology for innovation; rebuilt the team, hiring for new skills and capabilities; grew team by 3X headcount across two Innovation Labs in Columbus, OH and New York, NY. Developed “Test & Learn” process to evaluate new service experiences live in branches; the first idea brought through this process elevated the overall customer satisfaction rating by 10% and was integrated into the roadmap. Visionary leader on the team that launched the Chase Community Center in Harlem in 2019, a new branch format that has been scaled across the US, with services focused on financial wellness; Fast Company Innovation By Design Award winner in 2021.
