Design and translate product vision into delightful mobile and web applications

Research and work with product owners to understand market needs

Deliver UX visions, along with plans for evolutions and iterative updates that actualize the larger vision over time

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and lead ideation sessions

Advocate for the user in all phases of design to balance functionality with brand ideals at every level of interface

Accountable for design deliverable, ensuring the work is of highest quality and delivered in a timely manner

Provide design directions and critical feedback in reviews with peers

Ability to successfully drive and apply user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Effectively communicate design rationale to internal leaders and stakeholders

Makes design decisions driven by research, business requirements, technical specifications and moreover, strong design sensibilities

Provide design guidance on page layout, site navigation, icons, button styles, and forms

Partner with the internal brand team on design direction and implementation of design elements

Review and maintain design documents such as style guides design pattern library

Create user interface and visual specifications for web development including site maps, schematics/wireframes, prototypes, use cases and interaction diagrams representing website user experience

Manage contract design resources to ensure consistency of vision and delivery of the highest quality user experience

Collaborate with user researchers to define usability test objectives and review findings

Assess and communicate trade-off decisions impacting project scope/delivery

Identify opportunities or flaws in existing product features and make recommendations for usage and business owner feedback

Collaborate with key business owners to define clear web strategies that provide an action plan for business activities and growth
