• Spearheaded the first high-fidelity design in Latin America for a payment terminal app with Figma sold as a service to banks in 14 different countries. Rebranded the look and feel of the app according to the branding requirements of each bank resulting in over 6000 active users processing 3 million dollars in payments following an iterative design method based on market research and user feedback.
• Created a responsive web-based e-commerce order management dashboard with AdobeXD for Android tablets and video tutorial for a grocery store to help check, pack and dispatch online orders for delivery. Implemented app design strategies with multiple rounds of usability testing at different stages, reducing human error by 15%, enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Worked simultaneously with different clients to design B2B projects, including an Android tablet valet parking management system and an iOS mobile credit card referral program application
• Edited and animated over 30 promotional and tutorial videos for social media.
• Designed social media posts images and carrousels for brand awareness and promotional purposes.
