As Head of Design, I developed the design function and helped Extend reach a $1.6B valuation.

As the first employee and founding designer, I designed Extend from scratch. From 0-1 product Design, branding and design ops.

Partnered with Product and Eng leaders to design and launch a mobile app for Chorus.ai, helping people to have conversation intelligence in their hands.

Spearheaded a study to understand how our users seek information in our product. We launched an improved version of search and filtering functionality that translated into user growth and retention.
