Ideate, create, and iteratively improve the User Experience for an enterprise collaboration tool from Innovation Center Network Potsdam as part of Future of Work team. Translate research insights into adequate user experience prototypes and craft interaction models, screen designs and fine-grained details of user interactions.

Host Design Thinking Workshops as Coach and facilitator. Plan, propose and execute User Research in order to get effective use cases and valuable data for product decision making. Guide and instruct the development team about the relevance and the benefits of applying user-centered design at enterprise software development.

At the S/4 HANA UX Design team, I applied Design-driven product development into projects of Industrial Variant Configuration and Recipe Development. Prototype creation following Fiori guidelines, creation of the specification for the Design Gates and constantly validate with customers through Usability Tests.
