My responsibilities as co-founder & head of design:
•Led discovery, prototyping, iterating, and execution to build a B2B2C marketing platform that generated 7-figures in revenue, growing the platform from 0 to 5M users.
•Key elements of B2B side: data platform, site builder, financial rewards management.
•Key elements of B2C side: user identity verification & management, task completion, financial rewards collection.
•Maintained design system in collaboration with engineering to ensure compounding investments. Helped grow teammates from backend to fullstack engineering.
•Built vision deck and fundraised 4.6M from top tier investors like Elad Gil & Kindred Ventures (Steve Jang), Linda Xie, Naval Ravikant, and more.
•Spearheaded office space selection and interior furnishing. Designed swag and managed vendor selection, negotiation, and procurement.
