### Co-Founder, Lead Designer @ Megaphone
Jan 2022 – Present | San Francisco Bay Area
Co-founded Megaphone, a marketing platform for companies incorporating digital assets into their user engagement strategy.

My responsibilities as co-founder & head of design:

- Led discovery, prototyping, iterating, and execution to build a B2B2C marketing platform that generated 7-figures in revenue, growing the platform from 0 to 5M users. 
- Key elements of B2B side: data platform, site builder, financial rewards management. 
- Key elements of B2C side: user identity verification & management, task completion, financial rewards collection. 
- Maintained design system in collaboration with engineering to ensure compounding investments. Helped grow teammates from backend to fullstack engineering.
- Built vision deck and fundraised 4.6M from top tier investors like Elad Gil & Kindred Ventures (Steve Jang), Linda Xie, Naval Ravikant, and more.
- Spearheaded office space selection and interior furnishing. Designed swag and managed vendor selection, negotiation, and procurement.
