I'm a Senior Production Associate with Crossix Analytics Products. My main responsibilities lie with production support - I handle all production issues whether it be related to platform/infrastructure or product-specific issues such as SQL/methodology. I identify the root cause of these issues and provide assistance and subsequently generate preventative solutions for seamless production. My role also involves tracking production teams and workflows closely and understanding their working patterns, requirements, and needs.

I leverage marketing data from the digital ad space to assess impact of the client's marketing investment. I work with other teams to deliver analytically sound and valuable insights to the client. As a Senior Analyst, I assist junior analysts in production and communication with other teams.
