Design leader of the Small Business and Self Employed Group's interaction design center of excellence. Also leading refresh and update of our design patterns documentation.

• Design leader for a team of 6 UX designers covering all of Move, Inc.’s consumer experiences, including realtor.com (web and mobile), the realtor.com rentals mobile apps, Moving.com (web and mDot), and SeniorHousingNet.com (web and mDot).

• Inform product strategy by surfacing user research findings, suggesting UX improvements, and advocating on behalf of the user.

• Collaborate with other cross-functional leads to ensure alignment on project plans and goals.

• Provide design feedback for projects with end goal of design consistency against existing site patterns, adherence to common UX best practices, and meeting or exceeding both user and business goals.

• Encourage designers to push the boundaries when appropriate to raise the bar against the competition.

• Provide opportunities for team to grow their core UX skills, strategic thinking abilities, and communication skills.
