I do engineering and product for Beacon Talent, SignalFire's in-house suite of recruiting tools. Our founders consistently identified recruiting as their top challenge, so we leveraged SignalFire's unique data to help our founders and their recruiting teams source high quality candidates faster.

Specifically, I built two products: one, a Chrome Extension that adds a sidebar to professional social networking sites which augments profiles with helpful information that makes sourcing go faster, and two, a search engine for tech talent that let our team find candidates by unique facets (such as "Top Engineers" or "Early Stage Startup Experience").
