- Built a data pipeline to automate an off-product billing process which was taking up to 150h/month of manual work. Collaborated with billing ops, finance and solution engineers.
- Built ETL pipelines with Airflow and dbt to create billable records from product data in the BigQuery data warehouse.
- Implemented event-driven microservices to synchronise billable records to Zuora, a billing management system. Built services in Golang, used PubSub queues for async communication and Prometheus / Grafana for observability and performance monitoring. Processed on average 2M billable records within 15 mins.
