One of the highlights has been developing my cross-functional collaboration skills by constantly being in contact with product and engineering teams on all my projects. LendingHome has 6 major products and I was fortunate to work on 3 of them. Working with such varied ecosystems of users I relished the opportunity to lead research projects and synthesize information for future interations. Being able to present my findings to not only the working party but also to VP-level staff was genuinely exciting. My work at LendingHome required and sharpened my skills in UX, from research and prototyping to information architecture and high-fidelity mockup design, and I’ve enjoyed every moment of it. ### Associate Product Designer @ ZyseMe Jan 2013 – Jan 2014 | Berlin Area, Germany T&T is a fashion start-up in Berlin. Joined the company as the 3rd employee and helped them launch in Berlin and Stockholm. As one of the early employees, I was craving lots of responsibility. Part of my responsibilities was managing the development of the e-commerce platform. This task allowed me to discover my passion for design. I started teaching myself Adobe Creative Suite and ended up creating assets for the website and email marketing campaigns. Since I did well in this position I became the point of contact between T&T and our engineering team. This was a crucial moment for a young designer like myself - now I could see all my hours of dedication to learning a new craft come to life. Overall this period was rewarding because I got to wear lots of hats and use my problem-solving skills daily. ### Researcher @ Maastricht University Jan 2013 – Jan 2013 | Maastricht Researcher as part of the Marble Project organized by the Law and Social Sciences Faculties of Maastricht University. The project dealt with legal issues regarding looted art, droit de suite and auction activity. ### Jr. Project Manager @ Maastricht University Jan 2012 – Jan 2013 Worked as part of the Marketing & Communications team. Most projects involved discovering innovative ways of attracting the new tech savvy generations to apply at our university. In this period I got to conduct a lot of research and really get to the core of where do students need help when applying to universities. In an ironic way this research heavy experience prepared me to be the UX designer I am today. ## Education ### Professional Sequence in Product & Visual Design UC Berkeley Extension Jan 2015 – Jan 2017 ### Immersive UX Design General Assembly Jan 2016 ### European Studies in European Politics, Economics and Law Maastricht University Jan 2010 – Jan 2013 ### High School United World College of the Adriatic Jan 2008 – Jan 2010 ## Contact & Social - LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/celestinadivan --- Source: https://flows.cv/celestina JSON Resume: https://flows.cv/celestina/resume.json Last updated: 2026-03-25
