# Chaitrali Gharat > Staff Product Designer at Okta Location: San Jose, California, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/chaitrali I'm a curious and creative person who firmly believes in learning by putting my shoulders to the wheel. I get nirvana-esque happiness when things work well for the problem I'm trying to solve. When that doesn't happen, I love to don the hat of a UX designer, a developer, and a problem solver. I've been known to ask many questions to get a clear idea of what I'm working on, break down the problem, develop processes to find order in chaos, and make life simpler for myself and others. ## Work Experience ### Staff Product Designer @ Okta Jan 2025 – Present | San Francisco Bay Area ### Senior Product Designer @ Okta Jan 2023 – Jan 2025 | San Francisco Bay Area ### Product Designer @ Okta Jan 2020 – Jan 2023 ### Product Designer @ Walmart Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 | Bentonville, Arkansas, United States Store outbounds: Led the design for store associate facing Android app for handling products outbounds like donations, markdowns, vendor returns, and disposals.
