Design leader and hands-on product designer with 10+ years of experience across product design, design systems, front-end development, and systems thinking.

Currently a Product Design Lead at Rippling, where I shipped two 0 to 1 products in the Talent suite as part of an all-in-one workforce platform spanning HR, Finance, and IT. I lead design strategy while staying deeply hands-on, shipping production code, improving UI and copy directly in the codebase, building internal tools and plugins, and partnering closely with engineering.

I use AI-powered workflows to move faster from concept to production, focusing less on static artifacts and more on shipping real customer impact.

I have a strong track record of mentoring designers, influencing product roadmaps, running workshops, and documenting scalable systems and workflows.

Previously at Atlassian on Confluence and Trello, and Oracle on HCM, ERP, and AI products. Master’s degree from UC Berkeley. Fluent in English and Korean.

- Designed "Capture" and its interaction for mobile, which allowed users to quickly record work-related tasks
- Created interaction design guidelines for the Enterprise Mobile Framework, especially home experience, Capture, and Notification
- Implemented a prototype for the way to display our core component, "infolet" on different mobile resolutions and orientations

Student Cloud (new product)
- Created wireframes and built a prototype for browsing/searching catalog experience and purchasing class experience for continuing  education student
